Meet the Team

Both Donna and Pierina have a deep respect for various styles of architecture and design.  They believe in incorporating a building's history when transforming and restoring a forgotten space to create a grandeur new look, while respecting the original space.  We work with local designers, millwork vendors, flooring suppliers, lighting specialist, landscapers, licensed plumbers and electricians.

Donna Shum, BA PMP. Donna has a BA (Finance) from the University of Simon Fraser and PMP from University of British Columbia. She has extensive experience manage projects from incubating stage to a full development phase over 20 years. The budget of the project varies from tens of thousands to millions, and they were completed within the stipulated budget and reasonable timeline. Therefore, the team truly believe the communication and follow through all action items meticulously and diligently are the key to success.

Pierina Brown, BA BID, has a BA from the University of Winnipeg and a BID from the University of Manitoba. Faculty of Architecture, Department of Interior Design. Graduating as a Student of Distinction, on the Dean’s List.

She has successfully completed thousands of residential interior design projects as well as large commercial projects.  Using this experience, she now focuses her energy on project management and renovations.
